It's #MASKON – time to put our masks on! However, at the moment even the simplest face masks are almost impossible to get. koziol has now developed an intelligent and reusable solution – a community mask.

HI is the safe and beautiful solution for covering the mouth and nose and is the environmentally-friendly alternative to disposable masks. This new technical development comes in the iconic koziol design and offers the wearer maximum functionality.
What
makes this mask so special, is the ability to exchange the filter and
wear the mask over and over. It is easy to clean by hand or in the
dishwasher and, above all, quick to dry.
Wearing this mask shows personal responsibility for yourself and your environment. It reduces the emission of particles from the wearer's breathing air to the environment and thus reduces the risk of infection for others.
At the same time, it protects the wearer from careless touching of the lips, nose and face and thus against self-infection by the hands.

Due to the double elastic band, the mask can be adapted very well to the individual shape of each face.
The mask must be placed correctly over the mouth, nose and cheeks and should fit as closely as possible around the edges to minimize air intake on the sides. To do this, tighten the elastic accordingly and tie behind your head.

light, flexible and smooth and offers the wearer maximum comfort.

The mask is constructed in three parts. A filter is inserted between the mask body and the inner part, which can be replaced at any time as required.
Place a koziol filter on the inside of the mask body, making sure the holes are covered. Any breathable material such as non-woven or other fabrics like paper towel can also be used. Then place the mask grid from the inside against the pad and pull the elastic through the two side tabs.
Note: HI is not an FFP breathing mask. It does not offer guaranteed protection against viruses.
Washing your hands regularly and keeping a good distance is still the best protection.
HI Community Mask
The mask can be cleaned perfectly with soap, and can be washed in the dishwasher at a temperature of at least 60°C. Please remove the elastic before cleaning and insert the elements without tension into the dishwasher.
The mask including the elastic can also be cleaned in the washing machine on a gentle cycle between 60°C and 70°C. Do not spin-dry.
