APTAMIL Baby Feeding Plate
The Promotional Gift Award is bestowed on ground-breaking products in the promotional gift sector that are outstanding in terms of originality, functionality and innovation and fulfil the requirement profile of a high-impact promotional item to an exceptional degree. The products submitted are judged according to five criteria: originality and innovation of product idea, design quality as regards the degree of innovation and the overall form, production quality with respect to materials used and suitability for customizing, sustainability of the product as well as advertising impact and communication potential in terms of customer loyalty or brand bonding. The prize is awarded annually by WA Verlag in Cologne.
PASCAL Lunchboxes
The FORM# Design Prize has been awarded by the Bundesverband Kunsthandwerk e.V. since the 1970s. The winner is chosen by a jury from among the exhibitors at the Tendence consumer-goods trade fair in Frankfurt.
The award-winning products stand out due to their innovative design, product-specific choice of materials and workmanship, functionality in the case of utilitarian objects, and also a strong overall concept. In recent years, much attention has also been paid to products that are made in a sustainable manner and using recyclable materials.
All the winning products are presented in the “FORM – Form aus Handwerk und Industrie” special exhibition at the Tendence international trade fair in Frankfurt.
SENSE series
The European Ethical Design Award was initiated by Messe Frankfurt ans distinguishes sustainable product solutions ans concepts in six categories. In addition to design - sustainable manufacturing, the use of environmentally friendly materials, longevity of the products and the inclusion of social institutions - are all decisive criteria.
KOZIOL BRAND
2016 the company Koziol was honored with the German Brand Award in the category “Industry Excellence in Branding.”
Conferred for the first time, the award recognizes innovative brands, coherent branding and sustainable brand communication, paying tribute to individuals and companies playing a trailblazing role in the world of brands.
The German Brand Award 2016 is presented in three categories: “Excellence in Branding”, “Industry Excellence in Branding” and “Excellence in Brand Strategy, Management and Creation.” The up to 10 best brand strategists in the last two categories are deemed winners. The finalists are selected by a specially appointed jury.
KANT Party Forks
Design PLUS is one of the leading design competitions in Germany and pays tribute to outstanding product achievements at trade fairs. The competition honors products that cleverly combine technology and design and offers exhibitors a unique opportunity to present and differentiate their products in the at times overwhelming trade fair environment. Over the years, the Design Plus seal of quality has advanced to become a coveted mark of distinction, and the competition is now seen as a valued communications platform for companies. The competition is carried out by the German Design Council on behalf of Messe Frankfurt.
KANT Pizza Cutter
The “Product of the Year”-award for innovative products made of plastic has been conferred by pro-K Industrieverband Halbzeuge und Konsumprodukte aus Kunststoff e.V. for thirty years. The prize is exclusively awarded for inventiveness or innovative functionality in plastic-product design. The submitted designs are judged by an independent expert jury of representatives from trade and industry, consumers’ associations, and the trade press. A total of 18 products from nine categories receive awards.

LEAF XL+ Salad Bowl
Founded already in 1950 by Edgar Kaufmann Jr., the Good Design Award is awarded annually to sophisticated and innovative designs. The Good Design Award is one of the oldest and most traditional design awards worldwide. The benefactor, promoter, and organizer is the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design. It is the most prestigious cultural institution in Chicago and the only museum of its kind in the USA. Every year, around 3000 applications from more than 40 nations are received there. The jury is made up of company representatives, international diplomats and professionals from the art and design community.
